Lindsay Lohan was taken to the hospital on Friday after she crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler in Santa Monica, California.
The actress and her male assistant received minor injuries in the accident and were taken to a hospital where they were treated and released that day. The truck driver wasn't injured.
The truck driver says the accident happened after Lohan swerved into his lane and crashed into his vehicle from behind.
Lohan's Porsche was totaled in the accident. Cops are investigating the accident; they say drugs and alcohol weren't involved.
Lindsay told pals she feels lucky to be alive, having only suffered cuts and bruises.
The truck driver involved in the accident with Lindsay Lohan says she tried to leave the scene and then her people tried to buy his silence.
The man says Lohan was trailed by a Cadillac Escalade at the time of the accident.
After it happened, he says she got out of the Porsche and into the Escalade. He claims that her assistant picked up a pink bag, "filled it up with something" and then put clothes on top of it.
He says they wouldn't let him near the SUV then offered him money to remain silent because a famous person was driving the car and they didn't want it to get to the media.
Lohan says the truck driver is lying and there was no bag nor bribe.

Lindsay Lohan says faulty brakes were the reason she slammed into an 18-wheeler on Friday.
Sources say the actress slammed on the brakes when she realized a collision was about to happen but the Porsche failed to slow down and she was powerless to prevent the collision.
The accident is under investigation and Lohan is cooperating with police.
